Program name: Barringer Homes Alerts

Program description: Barringer Homes LLC (“Barringer Homes,” “we”) sends informational and conversational text messages to employees, business partners, customers, and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include work schedules, job-site and construction updates, permit and closing status notices, appointment confirmations and reminders, safety notices, and replies to your questions. No marketing messages are sent under this program. Some messages are sent by our staff’s AI assistant on behalf of David Smith and are identified as such.

How to opt in: You opt in by affirmatively enrolling: checking the unchecked consent box on a Barringer Homes sign-up or consent form (on our website at www.barringer-homes.com or on our SMS Alerts Consent Form), or by texting our number first. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase or employment.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages only in connection with an active project, appointment, or conversation.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plans.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that number. Opting out will not affect your employment or your relationship with Barringer Homes; essential notices remain available by email or phone. To rejoin, reply START or enroll again.
